Dorsey scored 14 points at Virginia Tech on Nov. 13, before tallying a career-high 16 at American.

- Junior Noah Collier has made a significant impact, averaging nearly a double-double at 9.6 points and a team-high 7.4 rebounds per game. The Pitt transfer is shooting 57.1% from the field and ranks fifth in the CAA in rebounding and seventh in blocked shots (1.2). After scoring a career-high 17 points on 8-of-11 shooting in the opener against Navy, he posted his first career double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds at American.

- W&M has enjoyed a strong start from 3-point range, leading the CAA and ranking 12th nationally in 3-point % (42.6). The Green and Gold is fifth in the league and 94th in the country at 8.6 triples made per game. The Tribe's numbers this season are a substantial improvement from the last two seasons, when W&M shot just 30.1% from distance and made 6.4 per game.

- Graduate student Anders Nelson moved into the starting lineup at the point guard position in the win over Army, totaling 14 points and six assists. He enjoyed his best game with the Tribe at Virginia Tech, scoring 25 points. Nationally, W&M is 44th bench scoring, 78th in effective FG% and 97th in field goal %.
- The Tribe is averaging just 10.2 turnovers per game in 2022-23, which is a significant improvement from a season ago.
