Paul D. Camp Community College recently issued the following announcement.
Camp Community College’s Smithfield Center, which has been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020, is scheduled to reopen for business Monday, July 19.
The center will be open for registration and advising, and the computer lab will be open to students. In person classes will return for the fall semester, beginning in August.
Starting July 19, Camp Smithfield Center summer hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Fridays. The Center will resume normal hours, Monday, August 9. Fall hours will be 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
“We are happy to be back in person to assist students in registering for fall classes,” said Dr. Toni Johnson, Director of the Camp Smithfield Center. “We are excited to reopen and help our students reach their educational goals.”
