On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Warhill High School standout Madison Sabo’s current college team, the Radford Highlanders, lost 10-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
The game took place at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lady Volunteers this season.
The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. at Moyer Sports Complex against Bucknell Bison.
James City County has announced the schedule for county offices, facilities, services, libraries, and courts in observance of Veterans Day on November 11.
James City County Parks & Recreation received seven awards from the Virginia Recreation & Park Society (VRPS) at its 72nd Annual Conference, which took place in Roanoke, Virginia from October 26-29.
The James City County Recreation Center will be closed for annual maintenance from November 17 to 23.
