On Wednesday, April 2, former Walsingham Academy standout Lincoln Lubsen’s current college team, the Christopher Newport Captains, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Hampden-Sydney Tigers.

The game took place at Captains Park. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Captains’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Captains Park against Salisbury Sea Gulls.
