Riverside Physical Therapy Opens New Location on the Middle Peninsula

Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg issued the following announcement on Dec. 6

Riverside Health System is pleased to announce the opening of a new physical therapy clinic on the Middle Peninsula. Riverside Physical Therapy Middlesex is located at 11487 General Puller Highway, Hartfield, VA, and is the latest addition to Riverside’s existing nine physical therapy locations across Eastern Virginia. 

“We are proud to bring another option for quality, personalized physical therapy care to the Middle Peninsula with the addition of Riverside Physical Therapy Middlesex,” says Ed Heckler, president for Riverside Lifelong Health. “The new clinic is part of our ongoing effort to meet the needs of our patients and keep their care close to home.”

Riverside Physical Therapy Middlesex offers specialized physical therapy services including orthopedic, myofascial, worker’s compensation, sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy among other tailored physical therapy services.

Andrea Maynard, PT, DPT, will provide personalized physical therapy treatment for patients at Riverside Physical Therapy Middlesex. Andrea’s clinical interests include treating orthopedic injuries and chronic pain. Andrea is certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling and has advanced manual therapy training. “I am so excited to be a part of Riverside’s newest physical therapy clinic in Middlesex,” said Andrea. “Our goal for each patient is to provide an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based techniques to help them on their road to recovery.”
