Doig Health Club & Spa, 3000 The Mall, Williamsburg Landing Fitness Class led by Terri Holmes, Arc Fitness Team Leader Waters Edge Church members volunteer for WEC Love Week. No flip-flops, wear only close-toed athletic shoes and comfortable workout attire.
