RAPPAHANNOCK COMMUNITY COLLEGE: RCC Hosts Vaccination Clinic – July 21 & 22

Rappahannock Community College issued the following announcement on July 15

Rappahannock Community College will host vaccination clinics on each of its campuses:

  • Glenns campus, July 21 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, Register here! 12745 College Dr., Saluda, VA. Hosted by Three Rivers Health District and Riverside Health System. 
  • Warsaw campus, July 22 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. To register, email: COVIDreporting@rappahannock.edu 52 Campus Dr., Warsaw, VA. Hosted by VCU Tappahannock
The clinics will be open to the public, as well as to RCC students and employees. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to receive the vaccine. Click here to view and download the parental consent form for anyone under the age of 18 to receive the vaccine.

Participants will receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Second dose appointments will be communicated to participants upon vaccination.

All actively-enrolled RCC students who are vaccinated or are getting vaccinated will be eligible for free $100 Follett Bookstore gift cards to at the clinic. Additionally, there will be food trucks on campus serving meals for all clinic participants.

Rappahannock Community College is a Vaccine Champion College and proud participant of the White House COVID-19 Vaccine Challenge. Participating colleges commit to taking three key actions to help get their campus communities vaccinated: engaging every student, faculty, and staff member; organizing their college communities; and delivering vaccine access for all.
