On Saturday, March 1, former Grafton High School standout Nikki Gibson’s current college team, the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Mercer Bears.
The game took place at JoAnne Graf Field at the Seminole Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.
The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at FGCU Softball Complex against Saint Francis Red Flash.
