Rep. Rob Wittman, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Virginia’s 1st district, shared a series of updates through his social media account on March 16 and 17, 2025. Wittman, who has been a congressman since 2007 after replacing Jo Ann Davis, provided insights into his recent activities and reflections.
On March 16, Wittman visited Henrico County where he stopped by Lotte Plaza Market, which opened last year. During his visit, he enjoyed a smoothie and expressed plans to return soon. “While spending the day in Henrico County, I visited Lotte Plaza Market, which just opened last year. I enjoyed a delicious smoothie and will definitely stop by again soon!”
The following day on March 17, Wittman announced his upcoming appearance on a local radio show. He encouraged followers to listen to his interview with Rich On The Mic on Newsradio WRVA. “In just a few minutes, I’ll be joining @RichOnTheMic on @NewsradioWRVA. I hope you’ll tune in!”
Later that same day, Wittman reflected on how his educational background in public health influences his understanding of federal healthcare policy’s impact on surgery centers. He shared this insight after touring the Virginia Cardiovascular Specialists’ Heart & Vascular center. “Before coming to Congress, I earned a master’s degree in public health… My educational background taught me how much of an impact federal healthcare policy has on surgery centers.”
