On March 13, 2025, Wittman expressed his collaboration with UNOSNews regarding a legislative initiative. He stated, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with @UNOSNews on my bipartisan Organ Donation Referral Improvement Act, which aims to improve and expedite the organ donation referral process.” He extended gratitude to Dr. McBride for discussing ways to enhance organ donation numbers.

Later that day, Wittman conveyed condolences over the death of a fellow legislator. On March 13, he posted “I am saddened to learn of Rep. Grijalva’s passing. We served on the House Natural Resources Committee together for many years…” reflecting on their joint service and expressing sympathy for Grijalva’s family and associates.

On March 14, Wittman shared an experience honoring military sacrifice. He wrote about presenting a Gold Star Award in recognition of familial military service: “I had the honor of presenting a Gold Star Award to Henrico native Alfred Hunter…” acknowledging Alfred as the brother of Staff Sgt. Robert H. Hunter who died during D-Day.
