Police in James City County are seeking the public’s help in locating Antonio Ziyon Harold, 24, who faces multiple felony charges following an incident involving a juvenile victim. The alleged crime took place early in the morning of April 28, 2025, at the Rolling Meadows Apartment Complex.

Harold is wanted for charges including abduction, strangulation, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and several forcible sex offenses. Authorities have indicated that additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation progresses.

Although law enforcement has followed several leads, Harold remains at large. He is described as being armed and dangerous, and the public is advised against approaching him. Instead, sightings should be reported to law enforcement promptly.

Described as a Black male, Harold is about 6’02” tall, weighs 195 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to live on Grand Strand Drive in James City County.

Anonymity is assured for tipsters, who may not have to testify in court and could receive a cash reward of up to $1,500 if their tips lead to an arrest.
