On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Walsingham Academy standout Lincoln Lubsen’s current college team, the Christopher Newport Captains, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Marietta Pioneers.

The game took place at First National Bank Field. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Captains’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 2:10 p.m. at First National Bank Field against Cortland Red Dragons.
