On Saturday, May 3, former Bruton High School standout Kaylee Lacomb’s current college team, the Assumption Greyhounds, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pace Setters.
The game took place at Pace Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Setters this season.
It was the last Assumption Greyhounds’ game this season
James City County has announced the schedule for county offices, facilities, services, libraries, and courts in observance of Veterans Day on November 11.
James City County Parks & Recreation received seven awards from the Virginia Recreation & Park Society (VRPS) at its 72nd Annual Conference, which took place in Roanoke, Virginia from October 26-29.
The James City County Recreation Center will be closed for annual maintenance from November 17 to 23.
