On Saturday, April 12, former Tabb High School standout Jordan Brown’s current college team, the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Roanoke Maroons.
The game took place at Carol Estes Park. This was their first matchup against the Maroons this season.
The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 2 p.m. at Carol Estes Park against Randolph Wildcats.
James City County has announced the schedule for county offices, facilities, services, libraries, and courts in observance of Veterans Day on November 11.
James City County Parks & Recreation received seven awards from the Virginia Recreation & Park Society (VRPS) at its 72nd Annual Conference, which took place in Roanoke, Virginia from October 26-29.
The James City County Recreation Center will be closed for annual maintenance from November 17 to 23.
