James City County releases Winter/Spring 2026 activity brochure with new programs

The James City County Parks & Recreation department has released its Winter/Spring 2026 Activity Brochure, which covers programs and events scheduled through April. The brochure includes activities for a range of ages and interests.

New offerings this season include HeartBeat Sundays: Fitness Drumming, Meditation Foundations, and Walk with Ease. Special interest classes are also available, such as Plan Your Garden & Starting Herbs, Canning Class: Jelly and Pickles, Watercolors, and Monoprinting.

Several popular events are returning. These include Fido Fest for dog owners, the Hit the Reset 5K Run/Walk aimed at encouraging healthy habits, Bike the Bridge along the Virginia Capital Trail, and New Town Tunes outdoor concerts.

Spring Break camps are also featured in the brochure as options for families looking for activities during that week.
