On Wednesday, April 16, former Grafton High School standout Frankie Engel’s current college team, the Lynchburg Hornets, won 14-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Christopher Newport Captains.
The game took place at James C. Fox Field. This was their second matchup against the Captains this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at James C. Fox Field against Bridgewater Eagles.
