A variety of accommodations are available in Williamsburg and the Historic Triangle for those planning a summer getaway. From beachfront hotels to historic inns, visitors have several options to choose from.

The Yorktown Beach Hotel offers 57 rooms with views of either Yorktown Beach or the York River. Guests can enjoy a large lawn, a saltwater swimming pool, and nearby attractions including restaurants and guided tours.

The Williamsburg Inn has been a symbol of luxury since 1937. Designed by John D. Rockefeller Jr., it features Regency-style decor across its 62 guest rooms. The inn is notable for hosting Queen Elizabeth II twice, once in 1957 and again in 2007. It also offers amenities such as the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg and the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club.

Great Wolf Lodge provides a family-friendly environment with an indoor waterpark covering 62,000 square feet. The resort includes themed guest rooms and various activities like an arcade and laser tag facility.

Kingsmill Resort spans 2,900 acres along the James River and is known for its golf courses that have hosted PGA and LPGA tournaments. It also offers tennis courts, watercraft rentals, pools, and diverse dining options.

Yorktown Cottages provide a cozy stay near Main Street and Yorktown Beach. The Gallery cottage accommodates up to four guests while the Garden cottage can host five guests with its two bedrooms.

Hornsby House Inn is a colonial-style brick inn overlooking the York River with six accommodation options. Guests can enjoy historic artifacts throughout the house as well as home-cooked breakfasts.

Lastly, Williamsburg Lodge is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection featuring over 300 rooms across six guest houses with varying styles. Dining options include Sweet Tea and Barley offering Southern cuisine alongside live music on weekends.
